Compensation

Our total rewards approach includes competitive salaries and eligibility for annual performance linked bonuses & Incentives depending upon their respective roles & designation.

Accidental, Health and life Insurance benefits are available to you and your family beginning your first year completion on the job. When possible, we offer several plans, so you can choose one that best fits your needs. In all cases, we offer comprehensive coverage that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance.

 

Retirement and Savings Funds

Retirement and savings funds shall be applicable after three years of successful service at our business, and they’re an important part of our approach to rewarding associates. Each year, UB Group contributes an amount equal to 15% of your total compensation—up to regulatory limits—into a retirement plan.

 

Time Away from Work

We take pride in providing a work environment that enables our associates to do their best work. We also understand that it’s important to have time away from work to relax. All associates begin accruing vacation and sick time immediately upon joining the organization. We offer generous time-away benefits because we want you to balance your commitments to work, family and your community.
