- Train the trainer for the New Projects/Workshops followed by Mock Sessions.
- Providing feedback to the trainers on identified skill gaps and helps them to iron out the gaps.
- Mentoring the trainers to come up the learning curve. Small tips and inputs around facilitation skills; pre-planning before training session; content development; session planning etc.
- Brainstorming around new projects, providing them directions to come with their own content
- Took TTTs (Train the Trainer) sessions for the whole team, ensuring uniformity in the knowledge imparted to the agents on the shop floor.
